This behind-the-scenes look provides valuable insight into the craftsmanship and precision that goes into our work.
1. Empty shell
2. Install the bottom layer of Centurlite 175 (ensure even covering)
3. Install the first former and outer lining of Centurlite 175
4. Insulating lining installed
5. Place the second former for the hot face lining
6. Install the Centurcast 20 GCO (pay attention to the water addition)
7. Poker-vibrate the mix to expel air
8. Remove all formers after curing to reveal the completed item
9 and 10 Place the formers according to the drawing and secure
Then we have our finished product!
